Free Tai Chi at Stumptown Park runs through October 12.   For more information see Classes and Schedules page on this website.  There will be no classes on August 31 and September 21.

Taiji Matthews is pleased to now be working with Renew Center for Aging & Memory

offering Tai Chi to members with cognitive impairment.

Studies have shown that Tai Chi practice has measureable benefits for people

living with cognitive impairment.  

These include improvements in global cognition & quality of life, slowing of cognitive decline,

improved cognitive function and enhanced neuroplasticity (among others)
